After-sales Service

1.Receipt of shipments shall normally be deemed accepted by the Buyer. The Buyer shall have the right to inspect or/and report any defect or non-conformity such as shortage of products or damaged Products in writing to Supplier within seven (7) days after receipt. After such inspection period elapsed, any claims for visible defects shall be deemed unqualified acceptance of the Buyer

2. Warranty. Supplier warrants that all Products provided hereunder shall be accurate descriptions and high quality and free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months as of the date of delivery (“Warranty Period”) in accordance with the standards of products in China.

If non-conforming products is provided or defects arises in a part or product during the applicable warranty period, Supplier shall, at its own discretion, replace or repair defected product or part thereof free of charge to the applicable new product or equivalent to new in liability.

3.Supplier shall not be liable under this warranty if the defect in the products supplied hereunder is caused by Buyer’s or its end user’s misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation or testing, unauthorized attempts to repair, or usage in conjunction with third parties’ products provided that such defects are due to such usage, or by accident, fire, liquid damage, lightning, reasonable abrasion or other hazard.

Returns & Refund

SenseCAP M1 follows No Return, No Refund policy except for quality defects.
Southern IOT guarantees to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products. If customers have any problems with any executed purchase order, please notify Southern IOT within 3 days from the date of purchased. Please do not register to Helium and assert location until you make sure the device is working good, or it will cause unnecessary loss on the registered and asserting fee, which is not refundable.

No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained a return authorization. All returns must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise ‘played with’ product will not be accepted. The product must then be returned in its original packaging with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return. The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the above mentioned conditions.

Customer shall cover the cost of returning the product and need to pay for shipping (if you want a refund instead of a replacement). Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on southerniots.
